Crafted with only the finest 100% Yamadanishiki rice, this sake is a perfect balance of labor and nature. The selected koji rice and steamed rice undergo a rigorous polishing process of 50% and 55%, respectively, resulting in a smooth and complex flavor profile. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, this sake boasts a delicate fruity aroma reminiscent of pears and mangoes, with a hint of rich vanilla. Its robust and flavorful taste, highlighted by a mellow umami, pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes. While its sake meter value (SMV) of +5 may not be the highest for a dry sake, its elegant acidity lends a perfectly balanced finish.
山田錦100%を使用した精米 麹 50%、掛米55%の無濾過生詰めです。洋ナシやマンゴーのような果実感のある香りに加え、バニラの濃厚な香りが広がります。米本来のしっかりとした旨味が感じられるお酒です。まろやかな旨味のお酒ですので、食中酒としていろいろなお料理に合わせて頂けます。日本酒度+5とカラクチとしては低いですが、酸により締まりを持たせた酒質にしています。
