The Honda family began brewing sake in 1921, and in 2021, they celebrated their 100th anniversary. Their flagship brand, "Tatsuriki," is crafted primarily from Yamada Nishiki, often called the "king of sake rice," grown in the premium Special A District of Hyogo.
