Crafted to celebrate the 10th anniversary of “Yamakawa Mitsuo,” a collaborative label by four esteemed breweries in Yamagata Prefecture, this special summer release is the first in a commemorative series brewed in rotation by each house throughout the year.

Brewed by Tatenokawa Brewery, Yamakawa Mitsuo 2025 Natsu (Summer) is a richly layered Junmai Daiginjo with pronounced umami and a deep, full-bodied character. Its elegant, aromatic ginjo bouquet enhances the celebratory nature of this limited release, making it a perfect toast to a decade of craftsmanship.
