Order Cancellations and Refund Policy

Please choose products carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. You are entitled to receive a refund, exchange, or credit if the products you've bought are faulty or significantly different to those shown or described to you. Please contact us as soon as possible and keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

If you request a cancellation simply due to a change of mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Because our automated order and merchant systems incur unrecoverable costs upon transaction placement, all change-of-mind cancellations are subject to a flat $25 administration fee per order. This fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of the administrative and merchant gateway costs we incur to process and subsequently reverse your transaction, and it will be deducted from your final refund. This $25 administration fee does not apply to any cancellations or returns made because a product is faulty, damaged, or where we are otherwise legally required to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
