Bright and smooth, with prominent notes of ripe banana and honeydew melon (tropical fruit character), plus subtle banana cream richness, hints of fresh mint and steamed koji. Clean finish with lifting acidity and gentle umami.

昔ながらの仕込み「生酛(きもと)仕込み」のお酒です。深みがあり、複雑みをまろやかに包み込んでいます。ベゴニアの花酵母(東京農業大学分離株)を使用。余韻も楽しめながら、切れ良く重さのない生酛仕込みです。
