Sake description :
Kaetsu Shuzo is based in Kaga, Ishikawa prefecture where one of the best sake rice Gohyakumangoku is grown every year. Also their local Reiho Hakusan is one of the most famous three Japanese mountains same to Fuji and Tateyama. Good rice, good water combined with a long cold winter, these are the three important elements for sake brewing that make this clean, smooth, soft & mellow flavoured top quality sake. Kaganotsuki Gekko is premium Junmai Daiginjo made from 50% milled Gohyakumangoku rice. Its fragrance is very still and elegant just like a full moon light (which Gekko means in Japanese). With its well balanced smooth, sweet and dry flavour, Kaganotsuki Gekko will make you feel so peaceful under the moon light.
