A rice grain whisky distilled from moromi containing 30% Japanese sake rice, using a traditional pot still. Carefully blended with rich malt whisky and matured for over three years in both bourbon and sherry casks.
Delicate notes of rice and malt greet the nose, unfolding into a smooth palate of vanilla, lemon, and a hint of watermelon candy. The finish is textured, refined, and lasting.
