Shochu description :

“Chingu” is a word that means “great friend” in the Iki dialect.

Made from ingredients produced in Iki, and a blend of both atmospheric-distilled and vacuum-distilled shochu, this spirit brings a refreshing feel along with a barley aroma and the sweetness of rice malt.

A gentle aroma of steamed rice rises, accompanied by a sweet fragrance reminiscent of white flowers. The flavor is rich and full, showcasing the deep umami of barley with notes of toasted grains and roasted bread. Subtle hints of white koji’s natural sweetness add balance, finishing clean and refreshing.
