Made from 100% Koshu grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture. Based on the characteristics of the grape variety, this Koshu wine is made by examining the yeast that matches the winemaking style of Chanmoris. It has a good balance of flavors and a moderate aftertaste that is beyond the standard range. The clean, refreshing and elegant mouthfeel goes well with Japanese food and is widely supported by Japanese wine lovers.
