Eikun Junmai Nama Genshu is a unpasteurized namazake that is bottled as is, without being heated or adding water. It is characterized by the deep umami flavour of rice. With a slightly high alcohol content, it has a rich taste and aroma typical to unpasteurized sake, but also has a soft side while retaining the original sharpness of namazake.

「英勲 純米生原酒」は、火入れや加水をせず、そのまま瓶詰めした生酒です。お米の深い旨味が特徴です。アルコール度数がやや高めで、生酒らしい濃厚な味と香りがありながら、生酒本来のキレを残しながらも柔らかな一面も持ち合わせています。
