This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made with 100% Kyoto-grown rice, Kyo no Kagayaki, and is brewed with Kyoto rice and water.
"Hyorei storage" is a sake that is stored at below zero degree in the brewery in order to contain the taste of the new sake. It has a modest but gentle ginjo aroma, a sweetness that is not overly overstated, and an alcohol content of 13 degrees, making it easier to drink than the usual Eiken.
Chill and drink.
*Because it is pasteurized (heated), it will be delivered by normal temperature delivery.
