Sake description :

Tatenokawa Brewery's Namazake sake (Unpasteurised) series 
crafted with the theme of six "nothings".

  3. Unheated: fresh, unpasteurised sake.
  4. No foaming: to keep the natural effervescence.
  5. Bottled on the day of brewing.
  6. A fresh and tasty sake that we have passionately(無我夢中で) pursued and perfected.

This unfiltered raw sake is bottled immediately after brewing on the same day. "Tatenokawa Muga" series: Red Bottle uses 100% "Yuki Megamii" rice, a specially cultivated rice grown by contracted farmers in local Yamagata Prefecture. We hope that you will enjoy the sake rice “Yuki Megami'' not only in taste but also in appearance, so we chose the design of this bottle as “Red”, which symbolises the ``goddess'' included in the name of sake rice. 

Taking advantage of the characteristics of Snow Goddess that tend to produce beautiful and smart sake quality, it not only produces a supple and elegant taste, but also has the freshness of unfiltered unprocessed sake, making it a satisfying bottle. Thus, This sake is characterised by a well-balanced taste of delicate sweetness, umami, and sourness, and a beautiful aftertaste.

無濾過原酒の生酒で、上槽当日に出来たてのお酒をすぐ瓶詰めしています。
「楯野川無我」シリーズ:レッドボトルは、地元山形県の契約農家の皆様に育てていただいた特別栽培米の「雪の女あ神」を100%使用。
酒米「雪女神」を、味わいだけでなく見た目でも楽しんでいただければと思い、本ボトルのデザインは酒米の名前に含まれている「女神」を象徴とする「あかいろ」といたしました。

綺麗でスマートな酒質を生み出しやすい雪女神の特徴を生かして、しなやかで上品な味わいを生み出すだけでなく、無濾過生原酒のフレッシュさを兼ね揃えて、満足感のある1本となっています。さらに繊細な甘み・旨み・酸味の均整のとれた味わいと、どこまでも綺麗で美しい余韻が特長的なお酒に仕上がっています。
