Crafted with in-house cultivated whisky yeast, this refined and fruity new pot spirit is matured in casks that once aged Meiri Shurui’s award-winning "Hyakunen Umeshu", Japan’s finest plum wine. The result is an exceptional pure malt whisky, where the delicate sweetness and rich aroma of umeshu harmonize with the smooth vanilla notes and deep complexity of whisky.
