Wine description :
A pale greenish-yellow wine with brilliant clarity. It offers enticing aromas of candy and melon from cool fermentation, complemented by hints of damp straw and dried herbs. The palate presents a bright, lively attack with refreshing acidity and a touch of minerality. While the fruit flavors are subtle, a slight bitterness adds intrigue. This light-bodied, crisp wine finishes elegantly, reminiscent of fine German whites.
Perfectly paired with simply seasoned fresh seafood, especially raw oysters, or enjoyed well-chilled as an aperitif. Crafted with inspiration from Kyoto cuisine, it features delicate candied fruit and refined ginjo aromas, balanced by refreshing acidity and complexity. Made with imported grape juice.
