Sake description :
This Junmai Daiginjo is made from Bizen Omachi rice polished to 48%. When poured into a glass, it has a charming aroma reminiscent of cherries, which alone raises our expectations. It has a ripe sweetness reminiscent of tropical fruits, but it is also very elegant at the same time. There is almost no acidity or bitterness, and the taste is a concentration of only the best parts of Omachi rice. While the taste is elegant, it has a rich umami flavour and a light aftertaste, which will make you want to raise your sake cup over and over again.
備前雄町米を48%まで精米した純米大吟醸です。グラスに注ぐとチェリーを思わせる魅力的な香りが漂い、それだけで期待が高まります。トロピカルフルーツを思わせる熟した甘みがありながらも、とても上品な味わいです。酸味や苦味がほとんどなく、雄町米の良いところだけが凝縮された味わいです。上品な味わいでありながら、濃厚な旨味と軽快な後味は、何度も盃を上げたくなる味わいです。
