This wine is made from 100% Koshu grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture. It features carefully selected yeast that complements the characteristics of the Koshu variety and aligns with the wine-making style of Chamory. The balance of flavors is excellent, with a pleasant finish that surpasses standard expectations. Its crisp, refreshing, and elegant taste pairs well with Japanese cuisine, making it a favorite among Japanese wine enthusiasts.
