Sake description :
Kuzuryu Junmai Sake is the first Junmai Sake released by Kokuryu Sake Brewery. A pure rice sake made by fermenting Gohyakumangoku from Fukui prefecture with a rice polishing rate of 65% at a low temperature, leaving the flavor of rice and making it very easy to drink. The smooth texture without shavings, the umami of pure rice, the calm flavor and the mellow acidity gently squeeze. The scent is reminiscent of a fresh and sweet melon, but it has a neat and unobtrusive appearance. Is human skin kanzake (about 35 ℃) the optimum temperature for kanzake? The taste of rice that becomes plump when warmed, the afterglow of a warm taste, they show a perfect balance. You can enjoy the delicious daily pure rice sake of "cool and hot", which does not choose the dish to be combined, and the sharp and smart flavor of Kuroryu. Black dragon liquor is brewed using underground water from the Kuzuryu River that flows near the black dragon's warehouse. Kuzuryu is a special brand derived from its name.
九頭龍 純米酒は黒龍酒造が初めて世に出した純米酒です。 精米歩合65%の福井県産五百万石を低温にて発酵させ、米の風味を残しつつ、非常に飲みやすく仕上げた純米酒です。 さらりとカドの無い滑らかな舌触り、純米の旨みのある落ち着いた香味とまろやかな酸味がやさしく沁みてきます。 香りはみずみずしく甘いメロンを思わせますが、いたって清楚で控え目な佇まいです。 お燗の場合の温度は人肌燗(35℃位)が最適でしょうか。 温めることでふくよかになる米の旨み、温もりある味わいの余韻、それらが絶妙なバランスをみせます。 合わせる料理を選ばない「冷や良し、燗良し」の美味しい日々の純米酒、キレ良くスマートな黒龍らしい風味を楽しんで頂けます。 黒龍の蔵の近くを流れる九頭龍川の伏流水を仕込み水にして黒龍のお酒は醸されます。 九頭龍(くづりゅう)はその名を由来とした別格ブランドです。
