Sake description :
Hatsumago is based in Yamagata prefecture, one of the most famous region in Japan for producing the top quality rice. Being crafted by a traditional sake brewing skill called Kimotozukuri, HATSUMAGO JUMAI MAKIRI has a light fruity fragrance, smooth & rich body in a flavour with dry sharp finishing. It matches well with soy flavoured beef/pork dishes such as Butanokakuni (braised pork belly) and Motsunikomi (offal stew).
