Tateyama Shuzo is legendary craft sake brewer in Toyama Prefecture. Their pride and skill are deeply infused into this product. Tateyama "Amaharashi" is the limited Junmai Daiginjo brewed only twice a year in a middle of cold winter. It has a beautiful fruit Ginjo fragrance just like Japanese nashi pear & green apple. To reach the extra high level of elegance and delicacy, they milled 63% of this the best quality sake rice Yamadanishiki grown in Hyogo. It goes fantastically well with sushi and sashimi but also some of cheese & fruit entrée dishes. This is one of the best clean, fruity & dry Junmai Daiginjo from Japan.
