Nakano Shuzo was founded in 1874 and is located in Kitsuki City, the northeastern part of Oita Prefecture. The castle town, which still retains the atmosphere of the Edo period, used to be lined with sake breweries. With the passage of time, one brewery after another went out of business, and today there is only one, the smallest, Nakano Shuzo, located farthest from the castle town.

中野酒造成立于1874年,位于大分县东北部的杵築市。这座保留着江户时代氛围的古堡城,曾经是清酒酒造林立的地方。随着时间的推移,酒造一个接一个地关门了,如今只剩下一家,最小的中野酒造,位于离城堡小镇最远的地方。

The brewery's brand name "Chiebijin", which has been used for generations, was named after the founder's wife, Chie.

酒造品牌名称“智惠美人”,沿用了几代人,是以创始人的妻子智惠命名的。

 



Nakano Sake Brewery is very particular about its brewing water. Since its founding, the brewery has been using the sacred water from Rokugoumansan (Mt. Rokugou), which springs from 200 meters beneath the Nakano brewery, as its brewing water.

中野酒造的酿造用水非常讲究。自成立以来,一直使用从酒造地下200米处涌出的六乡满山(六乡满山)的御灵水酿造清酒。

A New Category Liqueur

新品类利口酒

This lemon tea liqueur is the result of a trial-and-error process using ingredients carefully produced by tea growers and lemon growers. It is made from 100% black tea produced in Kitsuki, Oita Prefecture, and 100% lemons also produced in Kitsuki, Oita Prefecture.

这款柠檬茶利口酒是用茶叶种植者和柠檬种植者精心生产的原料进行多次试错的结果。它是由100%产于大分县杵築市的红茶和柠檬制成的。

The peeling and pressing of the lemons is done by brewer's craftsmen, rather than being left to machines. No flavourings or colourings are used. The product is neither a 'lemon liqueur' nor a 'black tea liqueur', it is a gem that sticks to the category of "lemon tea liqueur".

柠檬的剥皮和压汁是由酿酒师的工匠人工完成的,不是机器压榨。不含调味料和色素。该产品既不是“柠檬利口酒”,也不是“红茶利口酒”,它可以说是一颗坚守在“柠檬茶利口酒”范畴的宝石。

The refreshing sweetness of the lemon tea, slightly delayed by the slight sourness of the lemon, and the moderate bitterness of the lemon peel are well balanced on the tongue. The flavour of the lemon tea is so complete that you almost forget that it is an alcoholic drink, almost like drinking iced lemon tea in a coffee shop to cool down.

柠檬的微酸略微延迟了柠檬茶清爽微甜,柠檬皮的适度苦味很好的平衡在了舌尖上。柠檬茶的味道是如此的完整,以至于你几乎忘记了它是一种饮料,就像在咖啡店里喝冰柠檬茶来降温一样哦!
