Sake description :

Tatenokawa Brewery's Namazake sake (Unpasteurised) series 
crafted with the theme of six "nothings".

  1. Unfiltered: freshly harvested
  2. Undilutedfor the richest, most delicious unpasteurised sake
  3. Unheated: fresh, unpasteurised sake.
  4. No foaming: to keep the natural effervescence.
  5. Bottled on the day of brewing.
  6. A fresh and tasty sake that we have passionately(無我夢中で) pursued and perfected.

This sake is made with the Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%. Unfiltered, undiluted, and unpasteurised, it delivers a vibrant fizz that mirrors that of freshly squeezed Namazake.

By keeping the sake at a low temperature and using equipment that does not cause damage during transportation and bottling, Tatenokawa are able to preserve the freshness and power of freshly squeezed sake, as well as the slight effervescence caused by fermentation.

The fourth and final product in the series, MUGA GOLD Yamada Nishiki, has a solid body, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the concentrated flavor.
The bottle is golden in color, typical of the king of sake rice, and expresses a rich taste with a high level of balance between the five tastes.

Made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture. It has a full-bodied, robust flavor, but the flavor becomes even more pronounced as the temperature rises.

We want to deliver sake brewed with the "king of sake rice" in a fresh state. This sake perfectly reproduces the exceptional flavor, freshness, and lively taste and aroma of sake drunk at the brewery.

兵庫県産の山田錦を100%使用。ふくよかでしっかりとした味わいですが、温度が上がるとさらに旨味が増してきます。
”酒米の王様”で醸したお酒を新鮮な状態でお届けしたい。蔵元で飲む別格ともいえる旨さ、フレッシュさ、生きた酒の味わい、香りを見事に再現したお酒です。リッチな旨味、本番の味わい、そのまま瓶詰めなので、フレッシュな感じがします。
