Sake description :
It is genuine local sake. Sake rice is Kaze Naruko (Koiku No. 63), which is suitable for sake brewing from Kochi Prefecture, polished to 55%, and fermented.

My mother uses Kochi yeast (AA-41) developed by the Kochi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center, and uses spring water from the Niyodo River system. It is brewed slowly and carefully at a low temperature. It has a refreshing and fruity scent like melon, and it has a plump and gentle drinking experience and a refreshing and sharp taste.

It is characterized by an aftertaste, and you can feel the feeling of drinking. It goes well with food as an accompaniment sake, especially fresh seafood such as sashimi (especially white fish and squid) and sushi.

食中酒として料理との相性は抜群で、中でも刺身(特に白身魚やいか)や寿司などの新鮮な魚介を使った和食によく合います。冷暗所にて保管して下さい。
