It exudes the distinct aroma of purple sweet potatoes and a pleasantly sweet taste that lingers on the palate, prevalent among potato shochus. An addition of underground water from Mt. Gwandake contributes to its mellow and delicate finish.

原料である「紫芋」を、「赤兎馬」の特徴的 な濾過方法を用いて製造。原料特有のフルーティな香りが立ち上がり、甘くふくよかな味わい。

紫芋特有のフルーティーな香りと芋焼酎本来の口の中に広がる甘いふくよかな味わいが特徴です。割り水に冠岳の伏流水を使用することにより、やさしくまろやかな仕上がりになりました。
