Kuzuryu Junmai Sake is the first Junmai Sake released by Kokuryu Sake Brewery. A pure rice sake made by fermenting Gohyakumangoku from Fukui prefecture with a rice polishing rate of 65% at a low temperature, leaving the flavor of rice and making it very easy to drink. The smooth texture without shavings, the umami of pure rice, the calm flavor and the mellow acidity gently squeeze. The scent is reminiscent of a fresh and sweet melon, but it has a neat and unobtrusive appearance. Is human skin kanzake (about 35 ℃) the optimum temperature for kanzake? The taste of rice that becomes plump when warmed, the afterglow of a warm taste, they show a perfect balance. You can enjoy the delicious daily pure rice sake of "cool and hot", which does not choose the dish to be combined, and the sharp and smart flavor of Kuroryu.
