Kirin Single Grain Whiskey Fuji is a whiskey with a fruity flavour that uses only grain whiskey from the world-renowned Fuji Gotemba Distillery.

A gorgeous fruit aroma reminiscent of pear tarts, baked goods, white grapes, and orange peel. You can feel the multi-layered flavors of apple compote, orange marmalade, raspberry jam, and bitter chocolate, as well as a hint of spice reminiscent of cinnamon.

Kirin have combined three types of grain whiskey with different flavour types to create a taste that takes advantage of the characteristics of each flavour.
The subdued white label features a faint lettering of Fuji, and the bottom of the bottle is shaped like Mt. Fuji, expressing the Japanese spirit.  The package design pursues the Japanese beauty of subtraction by eliminating excessive decorations.

Fuji Whisky is crafted at a unique distillery founded in 1972 through a partnership between Kirin, Chivas Brothers, and Seagram. Master Distiller Jota Tanaka brings over 30 years of expertise from Japan and the U.S. The whisky uses snowmelt from Mt. Fuji and is distilled in column, kettle, and pot stills for a layered profile. Aged in bourbon, refill, and virgin oak barrels, it’s non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.

Bright notes of raspberry, orange marmalade, and pound cake lead into a smooth palate of white grape and citrus, finishing gently with spice and oak.

リンゴのコンポート、オレンジマーマレード、ラズベリージャム、ビターチョコなどの風味が複層的に感じられ、シナモンを思わせるスパイス感も現れます。

落ち着いた白ラベルに淡い富士の文字を配置、瓶底には富士山をかたどり日本らしさを表現しています。
過度な装飾を除くことで、日本らしい引き算の美を追求したパッケージデザイン。
