Umenoyado's Yuzu Sake, first launched in 2008, has been revamped and re-released as Aragoshi Yuzu.
This luxurious liqueur is crafted with domestically sourced yuzu juices from various regions of Japan, seamlessly integrated with Umenoyado's sake for a sophisticated and refreshing union of yuzu's inherent flavor and acidity. Annually, the blend is perfected through the careful evaluation of yuzu varieties and regions for a balanced final product. Yuzu juice, approximately 20 pieces per 1800mL and 8 per 720mL, forms the core of this sophisticated concoction. Umenoyado Sake brings the perfect complement.
Japanese Yuzu Sake is crafted using the Aragoshi style, this drink is made by roughly pressing and blending at a low temperature to preserve the juice's essence. The result is a refreshing beverage with a subtle orange-like sweetness and distinct lemon-like yuzu sourness.
