This is a Katoukichibe Shoutn BORN Sake based yuzu liqueur made with plenty of the Niyodo River basin, producing half of the domestic yuzu cultivation and currently said to be the are of best quality Yuzu in Japan, Kochi Prefecture. 

Chilled to a crisp, it's sweet and elegant, and the strong freshness of yuzu stands out.

A glass with ice cubes on the rocks is outstanding, but at the same time, if you put carbonated water in the rocks and break it, it will be amazingly delicious, and the dream yuzu liqueur soda will be born.
