Using 100% "Omachi rice" grown under contract in the Seto area, which divides Akaiwa into two parts, this is a Hiyaoroshi Omachi rice special junmai sake made with "Omachi Reisen", one of Japan's top 100 waters! ! A dry pure rice sake with a gentle aroma and a faint sourness.
In addition, Omachi rice was discovered 150 years ago and is the only prototype variety in Japan that is the ancestor of Yamada Nishiki. It is a delicious sake with a gentle aroma that brings out the characteristics of Omachi rice, which is famous for its umami. The gentle aroma and unique umami of Omachi rice can be enjoyed regardless of the spiciness or sweetness of the dish.
