Utilizing incredibly soft water with a hardness level of only 0.3, which is considered to be the softest water in Japan. The delightful aroma of pineapple, apricot, and cotton candy adds a touch of elegance. The sweet taste and smooth texture provide a gentle finish, while the well-built profile showcases a clean umami flavor.
