Welcoming the Year of the Snake, our exclusive 2025 Zodiac Bottle captures the brilliance of the rising sun with a striking palette of red and gold.

Delicate holographic patterns of snakeskin and traditional shippo motifs float amidst the clouds, creating a refined and auspicious design to mark the dawn of a new year. Two elegantly intertwined serpents spiral across the bottle, symbolizing vitality and prosperity.

On the palate, this sake opens with a refreshing fruit-like aroma, followed by a harmonious balance of white koji-derived acidity and gentle sweetness—perfectly suited for celebrating new beginnings.

Following last year’s Zodiac Bottle, we continue to craft this sake using white koji, enhancing its signature depth of acidity and sweetness.

新年を彩る干支ボトル

2025年巳年の干支ボトルは、太陽が昇る新年の空を、赤と金の色彩で表現しました。

空に浮かぶ雲の中には、ホログラムを使用した蛇柄や七宝柄を配置し、新たな年の幕開けを祝う、華やかで、スタイリッシュなデザインになっております。螺旋状に描かれた2匹の蛇は、強い生命力と繁栄を祈ってデザインしております。

口に含んだ瞬間に、果実のような爽やかな香りが広がり、白麹由来の酸味と、甘みのバランスが取れた、新年を迎える明るい気持ちに相応しい味わいに仕上げました。
