A refined fusion of "Shiroki Tenryu," a honjozo cloudy sake from Kikusui Brewery in Southern Shinshu, and freshly pressed Yamagata La France. With 30% fruit juice, this sake presents the soft sweetness of cloudy sake, beautifully balanced by the crisp, refreshing essence of La France. Luxuriously fruity and smooth, it offers a velvety, clean finish. Best enjoyed straight or over ice.
"Umeshu" is a fruit liquor representative of Japan, which is brewed with great care by a sake brewery by soaking plums in shochu or sake. Plum wine (Umeshu) with a faint acidity, rich aroma, and relatively low alcohol content is a very popular and easy-to-drink liquor.
A fruit liqueur is made mainly from fruit pulp, peel, and juice.
