This rare shochu offers the fragrance of ginjo sake while maintaining the crisp, clean finish unique to shochu. It harmoniously combines the best qualities of both sake and shochu. With limited production, this shochu is rare even within Japan. It pairs well with light seafood dishes like tuna sashimi or fried white fish.

This shochu, made using sake lees, is rare nationwide. We use our own premium ginjo sake lees, giving it a clear and refined flavour, much like ginjo sake.
