Sake description :
Premium Super dry sake crafted using traditional methods, its essential elements come from Dewasansan rice, organically grown in the Shonai region with little use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers.
Though "light and dry" typifies dry sake, this ”Super Dry Sake" stands apart with a full-bodied rice taste and invigorating finish. It offers a harmonious blend of sharp, spicy, and savoury flavours, accompanied by a refined Ginjo fragrance and lingering umami on the tongue. Experience sharp, cool satisfaction when chilled, or indulge in its warm embrace at 40℃. Revel in the crispness and chill of cold sake, or savor the richness of warmed rice flavors.

Brewery Introduction :

Established in 1832, Tatenokawa Brewery is located in Sakata City, Yamagata prefecture, the only city in Japan with the character for "sake".
Brewing solely Junmai Daiginjo Sake, we polish the rice in-house and source specially cultivated sake rice with fewer than 50% of the pesticides/chemical fertilizers of conventional cultivation. 

Committed to promoting local agriculture, we contract with local rice farmers and strive to expand rice consumption through our sake. 
With high-quality soft water from Chokai, Gassan, Yudono mountains and superior sake rice from the Shonai Rice Farm, we craft sake that captures sweetness of the rice.
