Dio Abita (meaning "God dwells" in Italian) is crafted with the revered "water of the gods" from Mount Miwa. Made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 60%, this sake is brewed using a unique technique, resulting in a single-pasteurized, unfiltered expression with a refined 13% alcohol content.

Delicate yet complex, it opens with a fresh ginjo-like bouquet, evoking notes of Ramune soda and soft floral aromas. On the palate, vibrant flavors of Yakult and apricot unfold, balanced by a luscious fruit-driven sweetness and deep umami.
