Sake description :
This is an authentic dry sake where you can feel the flavour of the rice, and a pleasant balance of spiciness and umami with a calm ginjo aroma, and a refreshing sharpness. It becomes even more delicious when combined with dishes that allow you to directly enjoy the taste of the ingredients, so it goes perfectly with sashimi and sushi.

Not only can you enjoy it sharply when chilled, but you can also enjoy it warm at around 40℃. You can enjoy the sharpness and coolness of cold sake, and the flavour of rice when warmed.

Brewery Introduction :
Established in 1832, Tatenokawa Brewery is located in Sakata City, Yamagata prefecture, the only city in Japan with the character for "sake".
Brewing solely Junmai Daiginjo Sake, we polish the rice in-house and source specially cultivated sake rice with fewer than 50% of the pesticides/chemical fertilizers of conventional cultivation. 

Committed to promoting local agriculture, we contract with local rice farmers and strive to expand rice consumption through our sake. 
With high-quality soft water from Chokai, Gassan, Yudono mountains and superior sake rice from the Shonai Rice Farm, we craft sake that captures sweetness of the rice.
