Junmai Daiginjo That Is Delicious Warmed Up

Warmed Up Junmai Daiginjo?

You might know that premium sake types such as ginjo and junmai daiginjo should not be warmed up, because they will lose their fragrant aroma and delicate flavour. In case you'd still like premium sake but a little more warmed up, we've got what you're looking for!

Brewery Introduction

Since its establishment in 1832, Tatenokawa has been making authentic sake by hand, using traditional methods for almost 180 years. In 2010, in order to achieve a new 100-year vision, Tatenokawa established itself as one of the only breweries to switch to a completely Junmai Daiginjo-only production.
