The Best Selling Product in December Was Black Sesame Latte!

Surprisingly, our best-selling product of last month was not sake, or even alcoholic beverage!

The black sesame latte is a hit with consumers due to its savoury flavour of black sesame and kinako (roasted soybean flour), and the gentle sweetness of unrefined sugar. About 6,000 black sesame seeds are used in one cup (15 g) of black sesame latte!

It is a tasty source of dietary fiber, calcium and iron nutrients, which are often lacking. A refreshing drink for those times when you need a break.

Only four ingredients are used: black sesame, unrefined sugar, soybean flour and salt. No artificial sweeteners, flavourings, colourings or preservatives are used. 

It is also caffeine-free, so you can enjoy a hot cup of black sesame latte in the evenings. You can use it for baking sweets or sprinkling on ice cream as well!

Powdered black sesame seeds are produced using a proprietary process. Black sesame seeds are rich in dietary fibre, calcium and iron.

Soft sweet sugar is made from 100% sugarcane from the Amami Islands, and fine, sweet kinako is made from fragrant, roasted domestic soybeans.
