Kiwami Chokichozo is fermented from sugar cane and sweet corn as main ingredients and distilled a few times by multiply distilling machine. After distillation, stored in barrel and aged over 3 years. Once you open Kiwami Chokichozo, a strong fragrance stick into your nose. Then first sip, you can taste a crispy and sweet flavour of sweet corn and sugarcane. Maybe you would feel like drinking bourbon whisky. It will be a good idea to mix this with soda water & ice to make a Highball. This is a Japanese bourbon.
