We hope that this beer will trigger an interest in craft beer not only for those who like craft beer, but also for those who like history and people of all ages.

The second edition following Kamakura Samurai Banquet (IPA) is "Samurai's Rest"

A Belgian white that you want to drink slowly on a holiday chill time, and finished with a Japanese taste using yuzu. The exotic scent of Belgian yeast and coriander, the freshness of yuzu and the mellowness of wheat make you feel gentle. You can hardly feel the bitterness, so it is also recommended for people who don't like the bitterness of beer.

We aimed for a beer with high drinkability that allows you to feel the slow flow of time in Kamakura, which is surrounded by mountains on three sides and the sea on one side.

クラフトビールが好きな方だけではなく、歴史が好きな方、幅広い年齢層の方に、このビールがきっかけとなりクラフトビールに興味を持っていたただければと願いを込めました。

鎌倉武士の宴（IPA）に続く第2弾は「武士の休息」
休日のチルタイムにゆるっと飲みたいベルジャンホワイトを、ゆずを使用して和のテイストに仕上げました。ベルジャン酵母とコリアンダーのエキゾチックな香り、ゆずのさわやかさと小麦のまろやかさが優しさを感じさせます。苦味はほとんど感じられないので、ビールの苦味が苦手な方にもおすすめです。

三方を山、一方を海に囲まれた、自然豊かな鎌倉のゆるやかな時間の流れを感じていただけるような、ドリンカビリティの高いビールを目指しました。
