This sake, called Eikun Holic, was created in collaboration with Eikun sake brewery and Marie Chiba, a charismatic sake master and owner of the Japanese sake bar "Eurika" in Azabu. By using Shizuoka yeast and low-glutelin rice, it releases a unique aromatic component called 4MMP(mercapto-4-methyl-2pentanone). It is said to have a scent reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc wine. It has a fruity and light flavor similar to lychee or muscat, so much so that you might think it's made from fruit. This is a sake that will give you a new sensation and become addictive.
