This concentrate noodle soup is perfect for Udon, Soba or Somen noodles (hot or cold), or it can be use as cooking sauce instead of soy sauce. This is Japanese Kansai style soup which is slightly lighter in colour and has less salt compared to regular soy sauce. It is great with tofu dishes, steamed vegetables, fish, chicken, or pork dishes.
