Baba Shuzo brewery is located in Kashima city which is south-west part of Saga prefecture, Kyushu Island. This brewery is as small as run by 5 people and they are the ones to offer you this amazing juicy and tasty Junami Ginjo which is brewed with 50% polished Yamadanishiki rice grown carefully by local contracted farmers. Beautiful aroma and fruity taste of melon and banana. Best drink chilled but also great at room temperature.
