You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. You are entitled to receive a refund, exchange or credit if the products you've bought are:

- faulty
- significantly different to those shown or described to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery and keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Please note Sake Online does not accept any change of mind refunds or returns.
