Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos and or any documents supporting your case.
If the product is damaged or broken as a result of courier or postal service, please keep all original packaging and photograph the damaged item and packaging.
Please note you don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind.
