Delivery Information

We deliver Australia-wide by using the Australia Registered Parcel Post delivery service. (E-Parcel)

We will dispatch most of your orders from the Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days since we receive your order confirmation email. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).

The estimated Parcel arrival date may vary depending on your postal address. (Usually, the order arrives between 2-10 business days) We highly recommend checking your order status by using the Australian post tracking number which will be attached to your parcel dispatch confirmation email. Delivery Fees

The delivery fee is FREE if you order more than $100.

Delivery fees are calculated according to actual cubic or weight, whichever is greater. It is associated with Australia Post’s charges. It is shown on the Confirm Your Order page after the shipping address is set.

Return Policy

Customers MUST make a return claim within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
Return will only be processed when your item is in the same condition as you have received it (New and unused) and ONLY if you have received the wrong product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refund policy 

Please choose products carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. You are entitled to receive a refund, exchange or credit if the products you've bought are:
- faulty
- significantly different to those shown or described to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery and keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
