Sake description :
Ura-hassen is a special release that is brewed with Hanaomoi, sake rice from Aomori Prefecture, and polished to 50%. Its bottle opens to a sweet scent like fresh apples and spring flowers that excites the taste buds. Upon tasting, one can enjoy the effervescence characteristic of freshly pressed sake followed by a pleasing umami and sweetness. With Junmai Daiginjo, it offers a well-structured, clear flavor and a lingering sweetness that envelop the mouth in a polished experience.

年に一回のみ発売される「裏八仙」.青森県の酒造好適米・華想いを使用し、50%までしっかりと磨いて醸されています。栓を抜いた時から強く揺らめき立つ、瑞々しいリンゴや春の花々のような華やかな香り。大変心地よく、飲む前から期待が高まります。

口に含んだ時にプツプツとフレッシュなしぼりたてのお酒ならではのガス感を楽しめます。そこから、じんわりと広がる旨味、甘み。純米大吟醸なだけあり、大変整ったクリアな味わいを楽しめます。余韻にも透明感のある甘さをふんわりと感じる事ができ、この一本の高い完成度を存分に味わえます。
