Sake description :
Hachinohe brewery is located in Hachinohe city in Aomori prefecture which is well known as the most catch of squid in Japan. They are particular about being 100% made in Aomori from rice, yeast and Joki mold in order to create an original taste.

A Sake crafted with the image of a fisherman's sake during a meal, tailored for dry sake and sashimi enthusiasts. Its elegant, gentle aroma of melon and cream is complemented by its crisp, fresh acidity. Its refreshing aftertaste and sharp, dry finish make it an excellent accompaniment to Hachinohe's specialties, such as squid and mackerel. 

八戸酒造はイカの水揚げ量日本一で知られる青森県八戸市にあります。独自の味わいを生み出すため、米・酵母・常喜菌に至るまで100%青森県産にこだわっている。

漁師の食中酒をイメージして造られた、辛口・刺身好き向けのお酒です。メロンやクリームの上品で優しい香りに、さわやかでフレッシュな酸味が加わります。すっきりとした後味とキレのある辛口の味わいは、八戸の特産品であるイカやサバなどとの相性が抜群です。
