Sake description :
This Junmai Daiginjo is a blend of sake that has been aged for up to 1 year at temperatures below 0°C and has a rich and delicious taste. This sake won Champion Sake (highest award, world's first place) at the 2010 IWC (International Wine Challenge).

This sake was commercialized to commemorate the birth of Her Imperial Highness Princess Aiko.

It is a sake with a well-rounded taste that is loved by everyone.
The scent is relatively mild. It is a refreshing and dry sake with a slightly bitter taste reminiscent of grapefruit.
Although it is a little soft and dry, it is a beautiful sake with a gentle feel.
