Asabiraki Junmai Okarakuchi SUIJIN

Junmai-shu (Junmai sake) from Asabiraki Sake Brewery, one of the most awards winning sake breweries in Iwate Japan. Their brewmaster has won gold medals 12 years in a row at the National New Sake Competition.

SUIJIN is smooth and strong,  like a name meaning Water Dragon, the God of Water, dry profile Junmai sake with a flavour of rice.

It is made to be enjoyed with a meal. Not only giving a warm feeling in winter, but also enjoy chilling it during hot summer days. It elevates the flavour of everyday meal, almost like premium water.

KOTOSENNEN brewed from  55% polished Kyoto’s original invented Iwai rice. Iwai is a classic sake specific rice from Kyoto. It tends to produce an elegantly fragrant and mellow sake with a soft texture.

Bringing out characteristics from Iwai rice, rich in taste, perfect aromatic fruity fragrance. This semi dry Junmai ginsho sake has a crisp favour.

KI NO BI (‘The Beauty of the Seasons’) is made in a recognisable dry style but with a distinct Japanese accent.

Created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea and green sanshō (Japanese peppercorn) berries and used a rice spirit base and peerless water sourced in the famous sake–brewing district, Kyoto-Fushimi.

With their unique distillation technique, this distinct KI NO BI flavour has been born.

Tatsuriki Tokubetsu Jumaishu Dragon Red… one of Tatsuriki DRAGON series and was born out of warm sake concept. It has firm, thick and rich flavour, made by using 100% Yamadanishiki rice which was cultivated in Hyogo prefecture Special A area.
