This Junmai Daiginjo is made from the king of sake rice Yamadanishki polished up to 45%. Fermented in a low temperature for a long period, it ended up with a quiet fragrance for Junmai Daiginjo but it has clean, soft & rich flavoured that goes very well with a variety of dishes.
